主要针对100KW以下风机并网系统

 
      小型风力并网发电系统由风力发电机、卸荷器、并网逆变器、配电计量设备组成。
      当风速达到切入风速时，风力发电发出的交流电能经过整流、逆变后馈入电网，当风速太大，使得风机超载运行时，卸荷负载部分接入，保证恒功率运行。
      该并网逆变电源直接将风力发电机发出的电能经过交直交变换后馈入电网，原理如下图所示，风力发电机发出的交流电能经过整流后由并网逆变器将电能馈送至电网，该逆变电源采用DSP芯片控制，主电路采用日本三菱第五代智能功率模块组装。
     产品特点：高效率、小体积；具有风机最大功率跟踪功能；卸荷负载接入功能（damp　load）；风机过压、欠压保护、电网欠压、过压、孤岛保护；RS／485通讯接口。

一.概述  Summery

并网逆变器是并网发电系统的核心控制设备，它将风力发电机发出的直流电力逆变交流电力最大限度馈送入电网。
The grid connected inverter of wind generator is the main controlling device in the grid connect system, and it can invert the DC generated by wind generator into AC and input to the grid.
该并网逆变电源采用美国TI 公司32 位专用DSP 芯片控制，主电路采用日本最先进的智能功率IGBT 模块（IPM）组装，并采用电流控制型,PWM 有源逆变技术和优质环行变压器。该电源克服了晶闸管有源逆变的一切弊病，可靠性高，保护功能全，且具有电网侧高功率因数正弦波电流、无谐波污染供电等特点。
The grid-connected inverter adopts special 32bit DSP chip of American TI company to control, the main circuit is assembled by the advanced IPM of IGBT in Japan, and adopts the controlling type of current, source invert, high quality ring transform. The inverter conquers all abuse of the inverter with SCR, therefore the inverter possesses the follow characteristic: high reliability, full protecting function, the sine wave current with high PF on the utility, supply electric power with no harmonic pollution.

该并网逆变电源主要应用于太阳能, 风力发电机, 油机等的并网发电。也可应用于直流屏（蓄电池组）的维护、活化、容量核定以及蓄电池的老化、测试等场所。

五.安装

1.放置地点选择

    为了保证完好的性能和长期工作寿命，选择本系统的安装地点时应注意保护系统免遭下列条件的侵害：
In order to be sure the excellent capability and long operating life of the system, please avoid the follow condition aggrieving when choosing the fixing place.
☆    阳光直射（避免用于户外）
☆     Sun shine irradiation (don’t be used out of door)
☆    腐蚀性气体、油雾、溅水、盐雾、淋雨、潮湿
☆     Caustic air, oil fog, water, salt fog, raining, humidity,
☆    空气中的尘埃或金属粉末
☆     The dust and metal powder.
☆    机械冲击、震动
☆     Mechanical striking and shaking
☆    高湿度
☆    High humidity
☆    电磁噪声（例如：电焊机、大功率设备）

2.接线时应注意以下几点：Note when connecting

☆    直流输入连接到端子排上的接线顺序不要错误,注意正负极性。
☆    Don’t make the mistake of mixing the terminal of DC input, and note their polarity.
☆    绝对禁止直流输入电源与逆变器输出端相连，禁止输出电路短路或接地。
☆     Forbidden connecting the DC input to the output of inverter, and forbidden the output short circuit or connecting ground.
☆    系统的接地端子必须接地，并使接地线长度尽可能短。且勿使本系统电焊机、电动机等其它大电流设备公共接地。保证系统所有的接地线与大电流电气设备的导线分开铺设。
☆    The terminal of connecting ground must connect ground and make it’s wire short. Don’t make the welding matching and electromotor connect the same ground in the system. Make sure the wire of connecting ground and other wires of wiring with great current are divided.

六.运行   Operating

1．逆变器面板器件说明 The menu of devices of the faceplate

2.逆变器的用户调试 User Debug

本逆变器保护具有较高的可靠性，加上其具有较为完善的自检功能，基本上不需要用户调试。
The inverter don’t need debug basely because of it’s high reliability and excellent self-check function.
☆    通电前：检查外观有无机械损坏，端子和接插件是否接插牢固，运行条件是否满足等，检查所有电路板是否缺少元件或有外观损坏。拆卸包装物，保证散热良好。
☆    Before electrifying: examine the appearance is whether broken or the terminal and the connection-peg whether connected hard, the operating condition is whether normal, all electrocircuit board is whether broken. Strip the wrappage so that the radiate well.
☆    运行后：逆变器投入运行后，检查指示灯是否指示正确。
☆    Operating: examine the lamps showing whether normal after the inverter operating normal.

3.定期的检查 Checking Periodic

为了防止本系统出现故障，确保长时间、高性能的运行，请进行下表所示的定期检查，为了防止电击，在检查前必须断开所有输入开关及电源，应在确保电容、电感完全放完电后进行。
In order to make sure the system normal and long operating life, please check its periodic. Please must make sure open all input switches and power supply and the cap and inductance discharged before checking.

十二.注意事项
1．必须由专业人员进行设备的所有操作，操作前请将手上的金属饰品去除如戒指、手镯等，以防触电！
 Must be operated by expert ,and before operating, please wipe off the metal accouterment such as finger ring, bangle etc, prevent getting an electric shock!
2.          为可靠运行，接地线要接好。
 In order to reliable work, the line of connect GND must be connected well.
3.          在电压不稳或市电电压严重畸变或柴油机供电的场合，请将交流输入断开。
Please open the AC input when the voltage is unstable or the city electric aberrance seriously or the diesel engine supply power.
4.          系统正在工作时为防止意外，避免触电，请勿打开机盖。
Please don’t open the cover board when the system is working normal.
5.          定期检查时请不要擅自对线路进行改动，以免发生故障。
In order to lest happening fault, please don’t change the circuit when checking.
6.          电源在使用过程中有一定的发热量属正常现象，但要保持安装环境的通风散热、干净清洁，特别不能堵塞通风孔。
It is normal that the inverter has some radiation, please keep the fixing condition airiness and clean, don’t build up the hole of airiness.
7.          逆变器中的任何CMOS元件不可以碰触，并且电路通电时不要连接或断开导线以及端子。本系统的工作条件为：环境温度年平均35℃，通风应良好。
Don’t touch any CMOS device in the inverter, and don’t connect or open the wire or terminal when it is working. The operating condition of the system is: average temperature is 35℃, airiness well.
8.          接完线后必须进行仔细检查（电压值，极性是否一致，接地是否良好）。
Please check carefully after connecting (the voltage and polarity are whether accordant, connecting GND well).
9.          即使所有开关切断，逆变器中部分电容仍为带电，且勿接触。
Please don’t touch the cap in the inverter because some caps are also electriferous after open all switches.
10.      在维护前应彻底切断电源，待停机10分钟或更长时间后方可进行，拆卸时注意不要损坏部件及元器件，注意接线次序。具体要求如下：
  Please keep the power is open, and the inverter stop 10min before maintaining, and note the order of connection and don’t break any element and device. The material requests is follow:
①  定期清除机内的灰尘；
Clean the dust in the inverter periodic.
②  检查各端子螺钉是否紧固；
Check all bolts whether drew down.
③  检查有无过热后留下的痕迹及损坏的器件；
Check that ether leave any mark or any broken device after over warm.
④  检查电线是否老化。
 Check the wire is whether aging.
